How recovery actually works
One-click resume by email or SMS
A recovery link goes out via your Magento email templates or SMS. The customer clicks once and lands back in their populated cart.
No double charges
Recovery is idempotent. If the original payment somehow succeeds afterwards, the recovery link expires automatically.
Full audit trail
Every recovery attempt logged in the dashboard — sent, opened, clicked, converted. Reconciliation stays clean.
